What you will do

• Lead specialised estate strategy for Networks, Openreach, and BT International to identify rationalisation and consolidation opportunities.
• Deliver key projects contributing to the overall BTP&FS strategic plan.
• Support the formulation of a transformational specialised estate strategy to optimise the portfolio.
• Conduct early due diligence and stakeholder engagement to determine reprovision needs for building closures.
• Own and drive the delivery of multiple projects for property disposals and handbacks to landlords.
• Manage projects to final closure, including risk resolution and change management based on project management principles.

Requirements

• Strong relationship management skills to build and sustain networks across the property team and wider hirify.global.
• Proven programme or project management capability with the ability to define deliverables and milestones.
• Experience in monitoring delivery and providing concise reporting on progress, risks, and issues.
• Confidence in communicating potential jeopardy to a range of stakeholders.
