Salary: £28,710 - £35,000

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of active grants, monitoring reporting and identifying risks.
• Promote grant applications through outreach, advice, and feedback to potential partners.
• Conduct project visits and foster deep relationships with grantees to support effective outcomes.
• Act as a key point of contact for the voluntary sector and internal hirify.global stakeholders.
• Coordinate regional fundraising activities and support the hirify.global Children in Need Appeal.
• Contribute to training seminars and ongoing improvement initiatives within the Impact Team.

Requirements

• Must have experience in grant making or working within the voluntary/children and young people sectors.
• Must have a strong understanding of the voluntary and statutory sectors in North West England.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities under pressure.
• Ability to work flexibly and autonomously in a small, distributed team.
• Alignment with the values of the hirify.global and hirify.global Children in Need.

• Proficiency with grant-making and grant-management database systems.
• Experience presenting to a range of audiences.
