What you will do
- Manage property claims alongside Adjusters and independently when required.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with customers, suppliers, and clients.
- Review and issue professional reports.
- Resolve claim-related queries and complaints.
- Appoint and manage suppliers throughout the claims process.
- Support technical decision-making within delegated authority.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in property claims management.
- Ability to review scopes of work and identify errors.
- Understanding of claim reserving processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and IT systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
