What you will do

  • Manage property claims alongside Adjusters and independently when required.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications with customers, suppliers, and clients.
  • Review and issue professional reports.
  • Resolve claim-related queries and complaints.
  • Appoint and manage suppliers throughout the claims process.
  • Support technical decision-making within delegated authority.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in property claims management.
  • Ability to review scopes of work and identify errors.
  • Understanding of claim reserving processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and IT systems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
