What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support for federal customers via phone, email, and secure channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network configuration issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of escalated technical challenges.
• Support product installation and optimization in compliance with federal security standards.
• Document customer interactions and provide feedback to engineering for product improvement.
• Assist in developing knowledge base content tailored to the federal networking community.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the customer base.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and supporting network environments.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPv4/IPv6, and QoS.
• Proficiency with Linux command-line and scripting (Python, shell).
• Familiarity with government compliance standards such as FIPS and DISA STIGs.

Nice to have

• Active security clearance (TS/SCI).
• Experience supporting U.S. federal customers or integrators (DoD, IC, or Civilian).
• Industry certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or Arista ACE.
