TL;DR

What you will do

• Own the lifecycle management of regional laboratory and demonstration facilities.
• Design and optimize compute, storage, and networking fabric for high availability.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines for repeatable demo environments.
• Automate routine operations including patching, backups, and health monitoring.
• Support strategic pre-sales engagements and execute technical proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Provide technical mentorship and training to regional teams and partners.

Requirements

• English and Spanish proficiency (B2 level or higher) required.
• Extensive experience in networking, computing, or data-center infrastructure.
• Hands-on administration of Windows, Linux, and virtualization platforms like VMware or KVM.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, and Git-based workflows.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure including switching, routing, and security enforcement.
• Must be based in or able to work from Sunrise, FL.

Nice to have

• Experience with SD-WAN, SASE, ZTNA, and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applied to infrastructure operations.
• Relevant certifications such as hirify.global NSE, CISSP, or CISM.
