Business Development Representative (DACH)

TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS/Ecommerce): Identifying and securing new business opportunities with brands, online retailers, and agencies in the DACH region with an accent on lead generation and relationship building. Focus on expanding the customer network, building a personal brand on social media, and mastering product expertise in the e-commerce space.

Location: Hybrid. Must be living in Utrecht or within travel distance to the Utrecht office (minimum 2 days/week).

Salary: €4,251 - €4,878 per month (OTE)

What you will do

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with brands, retailers, and marketing agencies in the DACH market.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas through proactive outreach and lead generation.
• Expand professional networks by attending industry events, hosting webinars, and organizing partner dinners.
• Develop a personal expert brand via social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to optimize the sales cycle.

Requirements

• German: C1-C2 level written and spoken proficiency required.
• English: Excellent proficiency required.
• Must have a valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship.
• Must be based in or near Utrecht for a hybrid setup (minimum 2 days/week in office).
• Availability for at least 32 hours per week.
• Willingness to travel at least once per quarter.
