What you will do

• Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Consult with clients on FX risk management and international payment needs.
• Articulate the value of netting solutions and tailor proposals to specific requirements.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors.
• Collaborate with internal trading, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is essential
• Proficiency in English is required
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within financial services.
• Understanding of FX risk management and netting solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
