Location: Must be based in Germany or the Netherlands (Remote or on-site at HQ in Tutzing).

What you will do
- Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers within the supply chain sector.
- Execute multi-channel outbound and inbound lead generation campaigns.
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and deliver detailed handover briefs.
- Maintain an active social selling presence on LinkedIn to engage with ICP communities.
- Capture market and competitive intelligence to support Product and Marketing teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong outbound sales mindset with resilience and self-driven organization.
- Curiosity about supply chain operations and business buyer needs.
Nice to have
- Professional proficiency in French.
- Familiarity with ERP, iPaaS, integration, or logistics domains.
