TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving growth by identifying target accounts and generating qualified leads for the sales team with an accent on multi-channel outbound strategies and CRM management. Focus on building a robust pipeline, conducting discovery calls, and collaborating across Sales and Marketing to convert prospects into opportunities.

Location: Must be based in Germany or the Netherlands (Remote or on-site at HQ in Tutzing).

What you will do

  • Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers within the supply chain sector.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound and inbound lead generation campaigns.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and deliver detailed handover briefs.
  • Maintain an active social selling presence on LinkedIn to engage with ICP communities.
  • Capture market and competitive intelligence to support Product and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong outbound sales mindset with resilience and self-driven organization.
  • Curiosity about supply chain operations and business buyer needs.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in French.
  • Familiarity with ERP, iPaaS, integration, or logistics domains.
