What you will do

• Lead recruiting efforts for aligned business areas and manage the full candidate life cycle.
• Source talent and maintain active pipelines for 20+ positions daily using proactive research.
• Develop innovative methods to attract diverse and strategic talent to meet hiring initiatives.
• Build and maintain a talent network through proactive marketing and relationship management.
• Conduct interviews and screenings to ensure high interview-to-offer ratios based on manager preferences.
• Represent the company at career fairs, expos, and other recruiting events.

Requirements

• Must be based in Springfield, OH.
• 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience, including full life cycle and sourcing.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
