TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruitment): Managing full-cycle recruitment processes to identify and engage talent for the Americas region with an accent on sourcing strategies and candidate experience. Location: Hybrid (requires three days on-site in St. Paul, MN)

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and design effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Create inclusive job postings and conduct thorough screening and competency-based interviews.
  • Guide and train interviewers on effective interviewing techniques to ensure quality hires.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS while ensuring data privacy and EEO compliance.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events, career days, and college recruiting initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or human resources.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in St. Paul, MN.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure recruitment compliance.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technology tools.

  • Experience using Workday Recruit.
  • Proficiency in employer branding strategies and social media recruitment.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the industry.
  • Previous involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
