Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiting): Own the full recruiting lifecycle from first conversation to signed offer across technical and business roles with an accent on high-volume pipeline building, AI-assisted recruiting workflows, and data-driven hiring performance. Focus on structuring accountable searches, advising hiring managers, and fixing broken recruiting processes to protect candidate experience.
Location: South Florida (preference for candidates within 50 miles of Lake Worth, FL); remote-based with ability to come into the office as needed

What you will do
- Run full-cycle recruiting from first conversation through signed offer for roles across engineering, product, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines so hiring managers always have qualified, engaged slates.
- Act as a brand ambassador in every candidate interaction and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Bring structure and accountability to recruiting timelines, holding candidates and internal stakeholders to deadlines.
- Use recruiting data to report performance and surface insights for headcount, sourcing strategy, and interview process improvements.
- Identify and fix broken recruiting processes proactively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in both corporate/in-house and agency environments.
- Proven ability to recruit for both technical roles (engineering, product, data) and business/GTM functions.
- Experience recruiting in both startup/high-growth and larger enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve recruiting workflows (be able to explain what you use and how).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and advise hiring managers at all levels.
- Comfort managing 15–20 open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining candidate quality and experience.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for SaaS or technology companies.
- Familiarity with foodservice, hospitality, or supply chain industries.
- Experience with modern ATS and sourcing tools (DarwinBox, Greenhouse).
- Exposure to data-driven recruiting practices, funnel metrics, or recruitment marketing.
- Located within 50 miles of Lake Worth, FL.
