What you will do

• Lead the full hiring strategy and recruitment process for Field Operations teams, including management and technical roles.
• Develop creative sourcing and outreach strategies for niche markets and local communities to drive candidate engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on goals and serve as a subject matter expert on field recruiting.
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines through thoughtful review and interview coordination.
• Ensure a high-touch, innovative interview experience for all candidates.
• Analyze pipeline trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve hiring efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong preference for experience with high-volume frontline, hourly, or shift-based recruiting.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and implement creative solutions to traditional recruitment challenges.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills to navigate evolving business priorities.
• Must be based in New York City.
