What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, data science, and product roles from intake to offer close.
• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using AI-enabled tools, LinkedIn, and niche communities.
• Continuously refine interview rubrics, technical assessments, and scorecards to improve conversion rates.
• Partner with engineering managers to translate technical requirements into creative search strategies.
• Embed inclusive hiring practices to ensure equitable evaluations and expand pipeline diversity.
• Provide offer guidance based on compensation benchmarking, internal equity, and candidate expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in tech or mobile-first companies.
• Must be based in or able to work in New York, NY (Hybrid).
• Ability to understand tech stacks and maintain credible conversations with technical hiring managers.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI talent platforms.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for advising senior leadership and navigating ambiguity.
