What you will do

• Review and analyze customer contracts to ensure revenue recognition compliance with ASC 606.
• Maintain billing and revenue schedules within the accounting system.
• Perform advanced Excel modeling to validate contract terms and billing data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to advise on contract structures.
• Resolve revenue and billing discrepancies through reconciliation and root cause analysis.
• Support internal controls, audits, and SOX compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3-5+ years of related experience.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship).
• Solid understanding of ASC 606 and complex contract application.
• Proficiency in Excel (large datasets, formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
