Salary: USD 29.00 - USD 32.00 per hour

What you will do
- Supervise daily operations of quick service branded restaurants to maintain quality, cleanliness, and Guest Service standards.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws for food quality and safety, labor and employment, and Union guidelines, following Company policies and procedures.
- Support employee and guest satisfaction programs and ensure staff understands program importance.
- Supervise hourly and seasonal supervisory staff: provide work direction, performance reviews, coaching, and enforce policies and procedures.
- Monitor and adjust daily operations to meet weekly budgeted variable results (cost of goods, variable labor, and safety) and support annual cash flow trends.
- Oversee hiring and training readiness, ensuring the workforce is trained and proficient at operating venues.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3+ years of quick service food management experience across multiple large, high-volume operations, including managing a team of 20+ employees.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends, and nights.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walk/travel to multiple venues throughout the day.
Nice to have
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in hospitality management or business administration.
- Experience managing in a union environment.
- Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and food-related Point of Service systems (e.g., EATEC & Clarity).
- Theme park experience.
