Location: At CNBC Headquarters, Englewood Cliffs, NJ (in-person)
Salary: USD 75,000 - USD 90,000 yearly

What you will do
- Own and execute end-to-end audience development strategy across a portfolio of premium events.
- Identify, engage, and secure C-suite executives, business decision-makers, and industry influencers for invitation-only and paid events.
- Design and optimize multi-channel outreach strategies to maximize conversion and attendance.
- Partner with editorial, programming, sales, and marketing teams to align audience targets with content, sponsors, and business objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report audience acquisition performance, continuously optimizing based on data and insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in audience development, event marketing, or delegate sales.
- Proven track record of securing high-level attendees (C-suite, business decision-makers, thought leaders) for premium or invite-only events.
- Strong existing network of senior-level contacts and/or demonstrated ability to build one quickly.
- Proficiency with digital tools and project management systems; experience with event management platforms and CMS preferred; strong Excel skills for data analysis and audience tracking.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a high-touch, professional approach.
- Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
