Salary: USD 75,000 - USD 90,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own and execute end-to-end audience development strategy across a portfolio of premium events.
• Identify, engage, and secure C-suite executives, business decision-makers, and industry influencers for invitation-only and paid events.
• Design and optimize multi-channel outreach strategies to maximize conversion and attendance.
• Partner with editorial, programming, sales, and marketing teams to align audience targets with content, sponsors, and business objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report audience acquisition performance, continuously optimizing based on data and insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in audience development, event marketing, or delegate sales.
• Proven track record of securing high-level attendees (C-suite, business decision-makers, thought leaders) for premium or invite-only events.
• Strong existing network of senior-level contacts and/or demonstrated ability to build one quickly.
• Proficiency with digital tools and project management systems; experience with event management platforms and CMS preferred; strong Excel skills for data analysis and audience tracking.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a high-touch, professional approach.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
