Salary: $119,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Lead integrated communications and cultural strategy across key client workstreams.
• Direct media strategy inputs and shape channel mix, audience strategy, and partnership recommendations.
• Manage custom partnerships strategy from development through execution.
• Pressure-test creative concepts and talent casting through a culturally fluent lens.
• Provide ongoing audience intelligence and marketplace POV to inform long-term planning.
• Oversee team resourcing, workflow rigor, and mentorship of planners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in communications planning, integrated media strategy, or cultural strategy.
• Proven experience leading integrated campaigns for large, complex brands.
• Deep fluency in African-American consumer dynamics, subcultures, and media behaviors.
• Demonstrated ability to translate cultural research into commercially grounded recommendations.
• Strong executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Brooklyn, New York with ability to work in-office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working on QSR or large-scale retail brands.
• Experience within complex Integrated Agency Team (IAT) ecosystems.
• Direct involvement in investment briefings and RFI/RFP development.
