Salary: $70,000–$90,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning, management, and optimization of integrated media campaigns across TV, digital, social, OOH, and partnerships.
• Manage media agency relationships to ensure best-in-class buying and execution.
• Oversee budget allocation, forecasting, and pacing to ensure commercial objectives are met.
• Translate audience insights and research into robust, actionable media plans.
• Collaborate with Brand, Growth, Creative, and Product teams to align media strategies with business goals.
• Develop measurement frameworks and deliver performance insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work from the office in a hybrid capacity.
• Strong experience in media planning, strategy, or communications planning within an agency or in-house team.
• Deep understanding of the North American media landscape and consumer behavior.
• Proven expertise in cross-channel media (TV, digital, social, programmatic, OOH).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in measurement, reporting, and effectiveness tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
