TL;DR

Manager, FP&A (FP&A): Oversee O&T’s operating cash flow financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive-level reporting with an accent on OCF consolidation across multiple lines of business and headcount planning. Focus on driving accurate financial data, variance analysis, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems (Essbase) while partnering with operational finance and senior leadership.

Location: Hybrid (New York, NY office; minimum 3 days/week, increasing to 4 days/week starting January 5, 2026)

Salary: USD 85,000 - USD 110,000 (yearly, bonus eligible)

What you will do

  • Manage OCF annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, key metric/trend analysis, and executive-level presentation summaries
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of OCF financial data; report performance, variances, and trends
  • Develop and manage headcount planning and consolidation, including monthly tracking and forecasting aligned to business strategy
  • Lead monthly headcount and OCF updates with the CFO and senior finance leadership
  • Partner with operational finance to understand business drivers and support decision-making
  • Improve and simplify FP&A processes and systems; oversee reporting hierarchies and Essbase solution changes with IT support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3+ years of finance experience; FP&A experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Essbase preferred; exposure to BPC is a plus
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills
  • Ability to lead and develop a team of 1 and communicate concise financial insights to senior stakeholders
