Credit Manager

What you will do

• Provide advisory on controls/risk management, pricing, cost, ROI decisions, and business planning, including M&A and divestitures.
• Partner with business teams to develop operating and financial plans aligned to the strategic plan.
• Analyze business performance vs. budget/forecast and benchmark KPIs with internal and external peers.
• Improve financial processes by maintaining financial tools, recommending automation, and delivering automated BI reports.
• Establish and manage customer credit limits to support revenue growth while minimizing bad-debt risk.
• Lead cross-functional projects and BPM activities to document evolving processes and ensure compliance with controls policy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of related practical experience.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a business-related field.
• Experience with SAP, BPM, DARC, and Power BI.
• In-depth understanding of customer base, financial trends, and macroeconomic/market developments.
• Ability to lead in-depth analysis that integrates operational outcomes with financial performance for performance management discussions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge in Generative AI.
