What you will do

• Own annual budgeting and planning, and build monthly forecasts for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability.
• Maintain and enhance financial forecasting models; analyze variances vs. actuals, budget, and forecast.
• Deliver strategic financial insights, including pricing models, investment/capex evaluation, and scenario analysis for senior leadership.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs; improve financial processes, reporting, and analytics to increase forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency.
• Partner with operational leaders to manage costs, translate financial results into recommendations, and drive accountability for financial targets.
• Lead FP&A team recruiting, mentoring, goal setting, and resource allocation; support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in financial leadership.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis.
• Experience with M&A and corporate development.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong understanding of financial statements and KPIs.
• Ability to partner with senior executives and operational leaders and communicate/present insights effectively.
