What you will do

• Represent Supply Chain Finance in cross-functional and executive forums as a delegate to the Director.
• Lead executive-ready materials for GMFR, LRFP, Business Plan, and leadership reviews with a consistent financial narrative.
• Integrate and synthesize financial performance across site finance (Raritan, Ghent) and Network FP&A to deliver an enterprise-level view.
• Own monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range financial planning for manufacturing and supply chain performance, including variance analysis.
• Drive COGS optimization and profitability analysis for collaboration agreements, including full product P&L modeling.
• Develop driver-based financial models, run forward-looking scenario analysis, and implement process improvements, automation, and standardized methodologies across sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA/CMA preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, manufacturing finance, or related fields.
• Proven business partnering experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments, preferably in life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
• Ability to operate in matrixed, global organizations and influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis; deep understanding of manufacturing finance and cost accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP and BI tools preferred.
