Compensation: $204,000 – $267,700

What you will do
- Define and execute the global mobility and immigration strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
- Manage the global vendor ecosystem, including immigration, tax, and relocation management companies.
- Lead mobility architecture for new entity setups, corporate acquisitions, and cross-border equity compliance.
- Partner with People, Legal, Tax, Finance, and business leaders to develop scalable workforce solutions.
- Champion the use of AI, automation, and data analytics to streamline processes and improve decision-making.
- Establish KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and service delivery.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in global mobility, immigration, or international workforce programs.
- Proven ability to leverage AI, automation, and data insights to scale programs and improve business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of global mobility tax, social security, payroll, and compliance.
- Experience developing and scaling global programs in high-growth or complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence globally distributed stakeholders across cultures and functions.
- Experience supporting publicly traded organizations with global workforce populations.
