Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 / year

What you will do

  • Support onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors.
  • Facilitate semi-monthly payroll processing and benefits administration via PEO.
  • Serve as primary administrator for BambooHR, Remote, Notion, and Sequoia One.
  • Maintain data integrity, generate reports, and perform regular audits of HR data.
  • Manage Employer of Record (EOR) systems for international team members.
  • Coordinate interviews and partner with HR leadership to roll out new policies and programs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, people operations, or related compliance roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing and administering HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of core HR practices and US employment laws.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience transitioning from a PEO to in-house HR.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth company.
  • Familiarity with multi-state or contractor classification issues.
