What you will do
- Process change requests including Agent of Record, Duplicates, and Illustrations in systems like NB+U and CRM.
- Manage and update relevant data within administration systems ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to urgent customer and agent requests while meeting established SLAs.
- Communicate with certificate holders to clarify requests and provide status updates.
- Stay current with industry trends and legal updates to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in insurance administration or customer service.
- Must be based in Toronto for hybrid work.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
- Commitment to completing LOMA courses.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
Nice to have
- Post-secondary education.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish or French.
