What you will do
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the accommodated exam program, coordinating over 19,000 exams annually.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of three Exam Coordinators and provide supervisory support for over 80 student invigilators.
- Act as the primary resource for complex cases, disability-related medical conditions, and academic integrity issues.
- Collaborate with faculty, senior leadership, and campus partners to develop and implement exam protocols and service standards.
- Analyze program data and utilize exam management software to forecast growth and streamline operational workflows.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and maintain high standards of confidentiality and service excellence.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in program coordination or student management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach staff in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders, including students with disabilities and faculty.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
- Must be available for occasional evening and weekend work as required by the exam schedule.
