Project Manager (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Create and execute project work plans to meet evolving business requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including resource assignment and scope control.
• Review team deliverables and enforce project standards and methodology.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the development lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirement gathering, task estimation, and feature demonstration using Agile frameworks.
• Oversee 3rd party implementation and support vendors.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce products and the Force.com platform.
• Demonstrated experience managing IT projects within the SDLC.
• Proficiency in Agile and Continuous Delivery best practices.
• Experience working within an established PMO process.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.

Nice to have

• End-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with integration tools and Service Oriented Architecture.
