What you will do
- Define and govern the PS delivery framework, milestones, and sign-off standards across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
- Maintain real-time portfolio health reporting, risk flags, and go-live projections for leadership.
- Design and enforce a tiered escalation model with clear SLAs and DRI accountability.
- Lead the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program for contract rejections and high-risk churns.
- Configure and drive adoption of PS tools including Salesforce and Gainsight to ensure ground-truth data.
- Develop and maintain living implementation playbooks tailored to different customer types and integration requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services or Implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
- Direct experience building or owning a PMO or delivery methodology.
- Track record of managing complex implementations involving ERP/accounting integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills for building portfolio health dashboards and reporting.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and project management tools like Asana or ClickUp.
- Must be based in the US (excluding specified states) or near company hubs.
Nice to have
- PMP or PgMP certification.
- Experience with Gainsight or CS health-scoring platforms.
- Knowledge of RCA methodologies such as 5 Whys, FMEA, or DMAIC.
- Experience scaling PS teams from 10 to 30+ members.
