What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery for new client integrations and solution pilots.
• Translate business use cases into detailed technical solution plans.
• Lead integrations with CRM platforms, EMRs, and data platforms via APIs and industry standards.
• Manage multiple concurrent client implementations using structured agile methodology.
• Act as a consultative partner, providing guidance on system capabilities and integration strategies.
• Support customers through design, build, QA, UAT, and go-live cycles.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or system integration for healthcare clients.
• Demonstrated ability to project manage and deliver client-facing technical projects end to end.
• Strong agile and project management skills with experience in two-week sprints.
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers or life sciences technologies.
• Familiarity with Mulesoft or similar integration tools.
• Exposure to AI solutions, digital transformation, or automation in healthcare.
• Experience in data integrations with EMR or payor systems.
