Location: Remote (US-based). Hybrid option available for Bay Area residents (SF office).

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery for new client integrations and solution pilots.
- Translate business use cases into detailed technical solution plans.
- Lead integrations with CRM platforms, EMRs, and data platforms via APIs and industry standards.
- Manage multiple concurrent client implementations using structured agile methodology.
- Act as a consultative partner, providing guidance on system capabilities and integration strategies.
- Support customers through design, build, QA, UAT, and go-live cycles.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or system integration for healthcare clients.
- Demonstrated ability to project manage and deliver client-facing technical projects end to end.
- Strong agile and project management skills with experience in two-week sprints.
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers or life sciences technologies.
- Familiarity with Mulesoft or similar integration tools.
- Exposure to AI solutions, digital transformation, or automation in healthcare.
- Experience in data integrations with EMR or payor systems.
