📋 Description
- Own full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and handoff
- Define scope, milestones, and governance with customer and leadership
- Maintain project timelines and dependencies in Salesforce
- Manage scope changes via formal change control and updates
- Lead cross-functional coordination and ensure a successful go-live
- Deliver handoff documentation to Customer Success at project close
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years PM exp delivering enterprise SaaS across multi-stakeholder workstreams
- Experience managing 4-12 concurrent projects with rigor
- VP/C-level client relationship experience
- Salesforce or CRM proficiency; PMP/PMI-ACP preferred
- Strong written communication; updates and risk logs are actionable
- Bias toward proactive escalation; surface issues early
- Construction/field service or B2B SaaS exp preferred
