TL;DR

Territory Sales Representative (Fintech): Driving growth for small and mid-sized merchants by selling the Genius® POS and payment platform with an accent on full-cycle sales and consultative presentations. Focus on prospecting, lead generation, and optimizing business operations for retail and restaurant clients.

Location: Must live within the geographic area of New York City, NY and be able to spend at least 75% of time in the field

Compensation: Base Salary $40,000; Annual OTE $152,000+

What you will do

  • Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to SMBs across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Deliver consultative, value-based presentations both in-person and virtually.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking using Atlas and Salesforce.
  • Upsell and cross-sell new features, software add-ons, and hardware upgrades to existing merchants.
  • Act as a trusted technology advisor by staying current on fintech landscape and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Must live within the geographic area of New York City, NY.
  • 2+ years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
