Manager, Market Development (Fintech): Leading and developing a team of SMB Market Development Representatives to drive new business growth with an accent on coaching, performance management, and sales process optimization. Location: Must be based in Seattle, Washington, USA (Onsite 5 days a week)
Salary: $81,000 base + $60,000 variable commission (OTE: $141,000)

What you will do
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of onboarding Market Development Representatives to exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular 1:1 performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to support career development.
- Set, document, and measure OKRs while monitoring lead flow and daily outreach quality.
- Facilitate training sessions on sales competencies, product knowledge, and effective inbound processes.
- Audit outreach efforts to ensure quality, completeness, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement new workflows, tools, and training initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or lead development.
- 1+ years in a sales manager, team lead, or formal mentor capacity.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and LeanData/BookIt.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close leads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
