What you will do
- Drive net new business acquisition through proactive prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Build and execute strategic account plans balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales, business consultants, and customer success teams.
- Negotiate and close complex sales opportunities across both new and existing customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer executives and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be legally permitted to work in Japan.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
- Proven track record in selling cloud customer engagement solutions (CCaaS/SaaS).
- Experience in complex, consultative B2B sales environments.
- Strong ability to manage multiple opportunities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
