Location: Must be based in Japan and legally permitted to work in Japan (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Drive net new business acquisition through proactive prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales, business consultants, and customer success teams.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales opportunities across both new and existing customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be legally permitted to work in Japan.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
  • Proven track record in selling cloud customer engagement solutions (CCaaS/SaaS).
  • Experience in complex, consultative B2B sales environments.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple opportunities and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
