Senior Program Manager, Global Operations (Semiconductor)

Location: Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States. Work arrangements may include a mix of in-office and remote work depending on the role and business needs. Employment eligibility in the United States is verified through E-Verify.

Base salary: $148,351.35–$200,710.65 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise and global operations programs from concept through implementation.
• Translate business strategy into program plans with milestones, owners, success metrics, and resource requirements.
• Drive initiatives focused on productivity, margin expansion, cost reduction, manufacturing performance, inventory, supply chain effectiveness, and customer delivery.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, digital transformation, and operational technology initiatives.
• Establish governance, executive reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders while measuring business value and operational results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or business transformation.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs in a global environment.
• Strong project planning, risk management, change management, stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies.
• Must meet United States employment eligibility requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, automation, industrial technology, or related industries.
• PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification.
• Experience supporting multi-site global manufacturing operations.
