Supply Chain Technical Program Manager (E4) (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California; 100% onsite, not remote or hybrid

Salary: $133,500–$183,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex technical programs across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and external suppliers.
• Drive manufacturing readiness, supplier qualification, alternate-source development, and supply chain resilience initiatives.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes, supplier capabilities, and qualification readiness.
• Manage technical risks, mitigation plans, issue resolution, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Coordinate engineering change implementation and facilitate root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Present program status, technical risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, manufacturing engineering, supplier quality, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
• Experience with supplier qualification and supplier quality methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical projects, manage stakeholders, and communicate with executives.
• Experience managing technical risks and driving issue resolution.

Nice to have

• Experience with sensors, process power, or PCBA commodities in the semiconductor supply chain.
• Supplier development and qualification program experience.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience working with global suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.
