What you will do

• Provide expert technical support for backend digital design implementation, including place and route and signoff.
• Guide customers on utilizing hirify.global technologies to meet PPA targets and project schedules.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and drive benchmarks to success.
• Collaborate with R&D to enhance tools and methodologies based on customer requirements.
• Develop and augment design flows using Tcl, Perl, or Python to improve efficiency.
• Capture and share best practices from customer engagements to drive tool adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience in physical design.
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital design fundamentals, semiconductor physics, and static timing analysis.
• Proven experience with IC digital implementation flows and backend EDA tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Tcl, Perl, or Python.
• Experience with advanced process nodes (10nm and below).

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced nodes 5nm and below.
• Prior experience with frontend EDA tools like Synthesis, DFT, and Logical Equivalence Checking.
• Familiarity with hirify.global tools such as Genus, Innovus, Conformal, Tempus, or Voltus.
