What you will do
- Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute territory strategies for revenue maximization.
- Manage smaller dollar transactions, including change orders and user/bank additions.
- Generate and mature sales pipeline through proactive customer interactions and coordinated campaigns.
- Coordinate professional services scope and pricing for ad-hoc client needs.
- Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track goals and plan future objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Support, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of business experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within SaaS.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings or events.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or Business Management preferred.
