What you will do

  • Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute territory strategies for revenue maximization.
  • Manage smaller dollar transactions, including change orders and user/bank additions.
  • Generate and mature sales pipeline through proactive customer interactions and coordinated campaigns.
  • Coordinate professional services scope and pricing for ad-hoc client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track goals and plan future objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Support, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of business experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within SaaS.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings or events.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or Business Management preferred.
