What you will do

• Lead and/or support multiple projects from concept through final implementation.
• Collect, document, and maintain business requirements, including project definitions, prototype design, user stories, and process flows.
• Act as a Project Manager on certain projects across the software life cycle (analysis, design, development support, testing, deployment, and sales).
• Maintain project schedules and internal communications to project and executive stakeholders.
• Assess client issues and challenges with product managers and client service teams, propose improvements, and define solutions.
• Own critical issues, coordinate proper support representation, and drive resolution.

Requirements

• Location: Houston, TX
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst and/or product owner (business analyst/product owner experience preferred).
• Experience writing business requirements, user stories, or functional specifications (preferred).
• Prior experience in Financial Services, especially syndicated or direct lending.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under tight deadlines.
