Salary: $116,080–$159,610/year (plus 25% incentive)

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities and their reliance on legacy applications.
• Own strategic stakeholder engagement and manage the product backlog for assigned areas.
• Adopt and implement agile best practices to balance system stability with continuous improvement.
• Translate business strategies into practical solutions while identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Drive the delivery of scalable solutions aligned with IT roadmaps and portfolio budgets.
• Support UAT, regression testing, and training initiatives for system updates.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in technology or operations.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple and multi-faceted stakeholders effectively.

• 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
