What you will do

• Own and manage the agile team backlog, including grooming, prioritization, and refinement aligned with business strategy.
• Define product vision, goals, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and team leads.
• Translate complex business strategies into actionable epics, user stories, and clear delivery plans.
• Drive the achievement of OKRs to ensure product performance meets banking priorities.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove blockers and optimize the value delivery flow.
• Support regulatory and operational initiatives, including deposit product servicing and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in banking, deposit products, or financial services operations.
• Deep understanding of core deposit platforms and banking processing environments.
• Proven experience in an Agile environment as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States.
