Product Manager (Insurance Platform)

Salary: $135,000 - $170,000

hirify.global is a global specialist insurer providing commercial insurance products for small and middle-market clients, operating with a product-led, innovative startup unit called Corix.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the insurance platform to meet business and carrier requirements.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle for features across underwriting, billing, renewals, and claims.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to translate business needs into high-quality product capabilities and workflows.
• Coordinate with carrier platform vendors to implement, test, and roll out product changes.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new features among internal stakeholders.
• Ensure data consistency and operational alignment across the broader Corix and hirify.global ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of managing internal and external relationships and leading change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across business and engineering teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
