Product Manager (Insurance Platform): Driving the strategy, development, and execution of platform features for the end-to-end insurance lifecycle with an accent on underwriting, policy servicing, and claims workflows. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user adoption within the Corix and ecosystem.
Location: Must be based in the USA ( USA benefits and 401(k) eligibility).
Salary: $135,000 - $170,000

is a global specialist insurer providing commercial insurance products for small and middle-market clients, operating with a product-led, innovative startup unit called Corix.
What you will do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the insurance platform to meet business and carrier requirements.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle for features across underwriting, billing, renewals, and claims.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to translate business needs into high-quality product capabilities and workflows.
- Coordinate with carrier platform vendors to implement, test, and roll out product changes.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new features among internal stakeholders.
- Ensure data consistency and operational alignment across the broader Corix and ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of managing internal and external relationships and leading change management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across business and engineering teams.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
