What you will do

• Own and execute the product roadmap for AI-powered features within participant, advisor, and plan sponsor experiences.
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to support model development, testing, and deployment.
• Evaluate product performance using success metrics like engagement and adoption to recommend iterative improvements.
• Ensure all AI solutions align with compliance, legal, risk, and fiduciary requirements.
• Contribute to go-to-market planning and stakeholder communication for AI-enabled features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics).
• 5–8 years of product management experience, including exposure to AI or machine learning products.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle and large language models (LLMs).
• Experience working in regulated environments and collaborating with compliance and risk stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to write clear product requirements and partner effectively with technical teams.
