What you will do

  • Define and execute the AI product strategy and 12–18 month roadmap for participant engagement and advisor enablement.
  • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities using customer research, behavioral data, and competitive insights.
  • Translate complex business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering to evaluate prototypes and guide product trade-offs during rapid iteration.
  • Ensure all AI solutions meet strict compliance, legal, risk, and fiduciary standards.
  • Drive go-to-market planning and rollout sequencing for AI-enabled products.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Boston, MA.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years specifically in AI/ML roles.
  • Deep technical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and model evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience delivering AI products from discovery through launch in regulated environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
