What you will do

• Lead multiple software development squads to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Define performance metrics and clear objectives for team deliverables.
• Coach, train, and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with Architecture and Product teams to design scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical impediments and resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage team deployments and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle.
• 3+ years of experience in a management or technical lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Java, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience with microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD workflows and API design.
• Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL, or Oracle databases.

Nice to have

• Background in the PaaS space.
• Experience with performance engineering and non-functional requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Business-Driven Design and Test Driven Development.
