TL;DR
QA P5 (AI/ML): Designing and delivering scalable test automation frameworks for next-generation vehicle software platforms covering computer vision, machine learning, sensor fusion, and vehicle event analysis, with an accent on mobile, data, performance, and reliability testing. Focus on integrating automated testing into CI/CD, building high-performance end-to-end strategies, analyzing data quality and failures, and mentoring engineers.

What you will do
- Design, develop, document, maintain, and scale test automation frameworks, tools, and test cases for next-generation software platforms.
- Plan, execute, and automate functional, data validation, performance, quality, and reliability testing.
- Integrate testing into TDD and CI/CD environments and collaborate with Product Management, Software Engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
- Lead defect investigation, issue diagnosis, root-cause analysis, data health analysis, and resolution activities.
- Define technical direction, conduct proof-of-concepts, and drive improvements in automation efficiency and quality.
- Train and mentor engineers while communicating automation framework functions, test results, and quality metrics to diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent technical experience; 12+ years of professional experience with an object-oriented programming language.
- Experience across the complete software development lifecycle, including code reviews, source control, building, and testing.
- Programming experience with Java, C#, Kotlin or Swift for mobile, and Python for tooling.
- Experience with Selenium/WebDriver, Appium, TestNG/JUnit/xUnit, REST Assured or HTTP client libraries, and mobile testing with XCTest/XCUITest and Espresso.
- Experience with CI/CD and development infrastructure including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Git, and Maven or Gradle.
- Experience designing scalable end-to-end test automation frameworks and mobile applications for iOS and Android, with strong Agile collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with microservice architecture.
- Backend and API testing experience.
- Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
