Software Development Engineer in Test III (SDET III) (AI)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team responsible for functional testing across products and services.
• Define testing strategy, standards, best practices, and scalable test infrastructure.
• Apply AI across test generation, self-healing maintenance, result analysis, and failure investigation.
• Evaluate and improve the accuracy and reliability of AI agents used in testing and product workflows.
• Own production deployments, quality gates, rollback plans, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design while conducting code reviews and resolving complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in SDET roles, building and maintaining functional, API, and UI test automation frameworks.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Hands-on experience applying AI and LLMs across the test lifecycle, including evaluating AI-agent accuracy and reliability.
• Experience with test infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and production deployment processes.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go, plus excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
