What you will do

• Manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments according to standard processes.
• Complete all assigned tasks diligently to meet operational and corporate goals.
• Maintain professional customer relations with adjusters to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Communicate daily with Field and Service Managers regarding operational issues.
• Adhere to all standard operating and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist in business development activities for new and existing service offerings.

Requirements

• Must be based in Virginia and able to travel to site locations within the geographic area.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required for travel.
• Ability to work independently without direct onsite supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
