Field Claim Representative

Location: Virtual Virginia, with travel to site locations in the geographic area

What you will do

• Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments according to established field inventory processes.
• Complete assignments diligently while following operational, corporate, and safety objectives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with adjusters, policyholders, and insurance company claim staff.
• Communicate daily with the Field Manager and Service Manager about operational issues and improvements.
• Support business development activities connected with new and existing services.
• Travel to claim sites and work independently without direct on-site supervision.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Professional personal and vehicle presentation, with the ability to work safely in adverse post-loss conditions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle available for work use.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Property and casualty claims experience.
• Restoration industry experience.
