What you will do

  • Execute lead and opportunity management processes to build a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other sales technologies to track business development activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute campaigns and ensure lead quality.
  • Perform against individual monthly and quarterly targets, including meetings, demos, and follow-up calls.
  • Analyze and report on sales metrics to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data within CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Westlake, Texas
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, inside sales-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn CRM tools and sales technologies.
