ProProduct Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving product adoption and revenue growth by engaging existing customers to demonstrate the value of advanced add-on modules. Location: Must be based in Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 1-2 days/week in office if within 40 miles of a hub).
Compensation: $29.14 CAD/hour base + commission.

What you will do
- Build a strong sales pipeline by engaging existing customers and booking demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Conduct high-volume outbound engagement through approximately 30 calls per day and personalized emails.
- Drive value discovery to identify unmet customer needs and articulate how Pro modules provide solutions.
- Collaborate with Pro Account Executives to implement communication plans and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate activity logs and data entry in the CRM.
- Report on active campaigns and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success, specifically in cross-sell or up-sell roles.
- 12+ months of outbound calling experience is required.
- Ability to travel domestically 30% of the time for onsite visits.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Tenacious work ethic and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Adaptability to new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
