What you will do

  • Manage and coach SDR teams on activity metrics, cold calling, and outbound messaging.
  • Provide management coverage for SDR teams during absences or special projects.
  • Drive pipeline creation and implement outbound strategies across assigned teams.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new SDR talent to support organizational growth.
  • Report on operational and financial KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure team continuity and performance.

Requirements

  • Direct experience as an SDR/BDR with team lead or management experience.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a closing AE role.
  • Strong preference for 1+ years of sales management experience.
  • Proven track record in outbound cold-calling and pipeline generation.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce is required.
  • Must be based in or authorized to work in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience with outbound cadencing tools like Salesloft, Nooks, or Gong.
  • Adept at adopting and rolling out new sales enablement technologies.
