What you will do
- Manage and coach SDR teams on activity metrics, cold calling, and outbound messaging.
- Provide management coverage for SDR teams during absences or special projects.
- Drive pipeline creation and implement outbound strategies across assigned teams.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new SDR talent to support organizational growth.
- Report on operational and financial KPIs to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure team continuity and performance.
Requirements
- Direct experience as an SDR/BDR with team lead or management experience.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a closing AE role.
- Strong preference for 1+ years of sales management experience.
- Proven track record in outbound cold-calling and pipeline generation.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is required.
- Must be based in or authorized to work in Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience with outbound cadencing tools like Salesloft, Nooks, or Gong.
- Adept at adopting and rolling out new sales enablement technologies.
